Here are four easy (and healthy!) recipes to make when you&#8217;re short on time or when you need something to munch on while you&#8217;re on the go.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>3 Ingredient Pancakes<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1298 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/nakoalife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/pexels-photo-302548-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"3 Ingredient Pancakes Recipe\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><br \/>\nIngredients:<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">1 ripe banana<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">1 handful oats<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Directions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mash banana in a bowl until smooth consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the egg and oats and mix together.<\/li>\n<li>Put coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and scoop the batter onto the oiled pan.<\/li>\n<li>Cook for about two minutes on each side, depending on size.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Quick Chicken Broccoli Pasta Bake<br \/>\n<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1299 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/nakoalife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Chicken-and-Broccoli-AlfredoIMG_2071-340x510-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Quick Chicken Broccoli Pasta Bake Recipe\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/damndelicious.net\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 10px;\"><em>Photo Credit<\/em><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 &#8211; 14oz chicken tenderloin, breast or thigh, cut into 1.5cm \/ 3\/5&#8243; pieces<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp dried thyme (or other herbs and\/or spices of choice)<\/li>\n<li>8 oz spiral pasta<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>2 cups almond milk<\/li>\n<li>3 large garlic clove, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 tbsp butter (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1 large broccoli or 2 medium broccoli or cauliflower, broken into small to medium florets<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup flour (I used arrowroot flour)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Directions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 390F<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle chicken with salt (be generous), pepper and thyme, toss to coat.<\/li>\n<li>Spread pasta in a baking dish. Sprinkle over flour.<\/li>\n<li>Pour over milk and broth, add garlic and butter. Stir.<\/li>\n<li>Spread chicken over the top, then broccoli.<\/li>\n<li>Cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Remove foil and stir well<\/li>\n<li>Return to oven. Bake for 25 minutes until top is golden and sauce is thickened<\/li>\n<li>Stand for a few minutes then serve. They can store in the fridge for 3 days. Sub for any of your favorite veggies and almond butter. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grilled Zucchini Hummus Wrap<br \/>\n<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1302\" src=\"http:\/\/nakoalife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/DSC00351-1024x795-300x233.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"233\" \/><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.maebells.com\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 10px;\"><em>Photo Credit<\/em><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wrap (Udi\u2019s or Julian Bakery wraps)<\/li>\n<li>1 zucchini, ends removed and sliced<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tomato, sliced or handful of cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 cup sliced red onion<\/li>\n<li>1 cup kale, tough stems removed<\/li>\n<li>2 slices white cheddar or chipotle gouda cheese (optional)<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons hummus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Directions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat a skillet or grill to medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the ends from the zucchini and slice lengthwise into strips.
